Tuo Cha (Pu-erh Mini Tea Cakes)

These mini tea cakes are produced in Pu'er, Yunnan province. Tuo Cha is made of loose tea compressed into dome-shaped bowls, which resemble a bird's nest. Each cake can be brewed several times. The dark copper liquor is rich, savoury and earthy with smoky notes.
