Adaptogens enhance the body’s natural ability to combat stress and so can promote relaxation and enhance mood. Lemon balm is also known for its calming/mood boosting effects. The addition of uplifting, refreshing peppermint completes this caffeine free blend. A smooth liquor, with notes of clove, aniseed and mint.
