Bi Luo Chun translates as 'Green Snail Spring'. Its name is due to its curled shape similar to a snail (Luo) and the time of harvest in early spring (Chun). The beautifully twisted, green and silver leaf produces a pale liquor with a delicate floral aroma and a buttery finish. It is similar to a Ti Kuan Yin.
