A Jade Tung Ting Oolong forms the base for this tea, which is then blended with cinnamon pieces and warmed in tiered dryers at low temperatures. It is then set aside to rest for about a week before the cinnamon pieces are sieved out again. The end result is an aromatic, smooth tea with a subtle sweet cinnamon note.
