This classic black tea from Nepal is grown at altitudes of between 1,400 and 2,100 metres by a cooperative of several smallholders. The leaf is nicely twisted with tips; the infusion is a beautiful shiny gold in colour and the liquor has exquisite notes of cocoa and dark chocolate.
