A sleepy tea to aid rest and relaxation and reduce stress. This tea is ideal to drink before bedtime or whenever you need to unwind. The colourful blend combines flower buds, petals, roots and green leaf and the golden yellow cup it yields is floral with sweet, citrus notes.
